The Library Book Sale is open during library hours for the month of October

As Fall is upon us, there is nothing better than cozying up with a good book and a hot beverage to warm up those chilly autumn nights. Stop by the Belmont County District Library’s Book Sale October 3, 2015- October 31, 2015 and browse through our gently used treasures to find just what you need. The sale will take place at the Martins Ferry Public Library during regular business hours. Proceeds from the book sale fund various programming and services offered by the library, all of which are free and open to the public. The sale includes gently used VHS tapes, DVDs, CDs, books, and magazines at far below normal retail price, and offers many diverse and unique options for reading pleasure. Available for sale are small paperbacks, children’s/YA books, and VHS tapes for $0.25 each or $1.00 for a set of five. Hardback books in both normal and large print are $1.00, as are non-fiction paperbacks. Books on tape are $0.25, and books on CD are $2.00. Music CD’s and vinyl records are $0.50, and magazines are $0.20 or 6 for $1.00. There will also be assorted chairs available for $5.00 each.
