Martins Ferry Winterfest

The library with be hosting events all day Saturday for Martins Ferry Winterfest! Here is a snapshot of what's going on:

8:00am- Registration begins for the Jingle Bell Run
9:00am- Jingle Bell Run
11am-4pm- Giveaways, coloring, crafts, board games, and refreshments in the auditorium!
1:00pm- Magic Show!
2:00pm- Screening of The Polar Express
