Library to collect "Too Many Mittens" during month of December

 The Belmont County District Library is asking you to help us collect "Too Many Mittens" once again this winter season! In the spirit of the classic children’s book “Too Many Mittens” by Florence Slobodkin, the library would like to partner with the community to collect winter essentials for those less fortunate.  You can drop off new hats, mittens, gloves,scarves, and socks for both children and adults to any Belmont County District Library location during the month of December. Cash donations will also be accepted. Donations will be distributed to charities that service families in our local communities.
