New Library Hours

Beginning Monday, August 31st, Your Libraries will take another step in returning to the service and convenience we usually provide.

Each Library will have new hours as follows:

Martins Ferry: Monday-Thursday 9:00-8:00, Friday & Saturday 9:00-5:00, Closed Sunday

Bethesda: Monday & Tuesday 11:00-7:00, Thursday 10:00-6:00, Friday 9:00-5:00, Saturday 9:00-1:00, Closed Wednesday & Sunday 

Bridgeport: Monday & Tuesday 11:00-7:00, Thursday 10:00-6:00, Friday 9:00-5:00, Saturday 9:00-1:00, Closed Wednesday & Sunday 

Shadyside: Monday- Wednesday 10:00-7:00, Friday & Saturday 9:00-5:00, Closed Thursday & Sunday

Victoria Read: Monday-Wednesday 11:00-7:00, Friday 9:00-5:00, Saturday 9:00-1:00, Closed Thursday and Sunday

Beginning September 8th:

Powhatan Point: Monday & Tuesday 11:00-7:00, Thursday 10:00-6:00, Friday 9:00-5:00, Saturday 9:00-1:00, Closed Wednesday & Sunday

Face coverings continue to be required to enter the Library and the items you return will be quarantined for 4 days and cleaned before the next patron may borrow them. Thank you for your patience at this time.
