This March, the Belmont County District Library is excited to kick off a brand-new Health & Wellness Series designed to support your mind, body, and overall well-being. As the days grow longer and a new season begins, it’s the perfect time to focus on self-care, growth, and balance—and we’re here to help every step of the way.

Throughout the month, we’ll be offering an array of engaging and enriching classes led by knowledgeable instructors and wellness professionals. Our lineup includes topics such as brain longevity, along with gentle and energizing movement classes like Tai Chi and yoga, as well as opportunities to slow down and reset with meditation and breath work.

Whether you’re looking to incorporate more movement into your routine, learn techniques to reduce stress, sharpen your focus, or simply explore something new, there truly is something for everyone. No experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to invest in yourself.
